Delivery The Matt Jones Motorcycles team aim to ship all parcels the same day of receiving your order, dependant on the time it arrives with us. We ship parcels Mon - Fri on a 24-48 hour service. A high percentage of shipments do arrive the next working day (excluding Sat) however, at periods of high demand it could roll over to the following day. Free post & packaging on online orders over $279 Matt Jones Motorcycles aim to provide fast and efficient postage using AUSTRALIA POST at all times. All "ONLINE ORDERS" over $279 will be shipped to you Free of Charge. Under $279 a minimal charge of $15 applies. Please note that this offer only applies to Australian destinations and those orders placed online. Express post shipping is available at a starting cost $24 per parcel, however large artciles will be subject to individual items and packaging, some items are excluded from express post due to sizing(eg BULK TYRES). International shipping Please note that all purchases made outside of Australia will be required to pay the cost of post to that country. While we are happy to ship outside Australia we would encourage you to support those stores within your own country. However in the event that you are not able to source parts locally, we will contact you prior to shipping the goods, confirming that you are happy to pay the extra cost of post. This will be invoiced to you through PayPal invoicing. You may however be required to pay the relevant taxes when the goods arrive at their destination country. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible should these additional fees require paying.
